GSVA, through our Seattle – Hai Phong Sister City Association program, joined Seattle’s 19 other sister city associations in creating an international cookbook. The cookbook has gorgeous photos and delicious recipes from each of Seattle’s sister cities around the world. Our section features four recipes for foods popular in Hai Phong.
